Wreath Rail Sublimation blanks - 18" (bundle)

This listing is for the white MDF blanks used to apply your own sublimation designs and create wreath rails. (pictured) 

Bases need to be prepped for sublimation before pressing the design. This is the same material we use for our finished wreath rails. 

We do not guarantee results of your heat press or sublimation transfers. We can give you our settings and suggestions on what we use and use your own discretion when working with the blanks. 

Our heat press settings are: 380*
Lamination for 10-15 secs for 1/8" material & 15-20 secs for 1/4" material. 
Sublimation transfer for 60 secs. 

Bundle pricing comes with 3 each. No substitutions at this time. 

Printing transfers: Here is what I use. You will need to find what works for you. 
Straight rail - the round part is 12" and I print at 12.2" to create a bleed. 
Curved rail - the round part is 11.65" and I print at 11.85" to create a bleed. 

Careful when purchasing from some designers, the rounds aren't exactly round. Double check in your software before pressing.
