Shipping policy
- Free shipping on orders over $125 US only. We offer flat rate shipping - $0-$49.99 will be $10 and $50-$124.99 will be $14.
- We do offer International shipping. If you are undercharged, please expect an invoice for the difference as every order is different weights. If you are overcharged, please anticipate a refund, if any.
- Order fulfillment usually takes 5-7 business days however periods of up to 3-4 weeks fulfillment time may occur depending on order volume, painted products, or custom requests.
- Chargebacks will be invoiced back to the customer at the rate of the bank. Please contact us to help resolve any issues you are experiencing. Any issues not resolved, will be banned and blocked from purchasing from our store.
- Delivered items will not be refunded. We will submit a request for missing mail and update the customer once we have information back from the carrier. If the claim is denied, no refund. If you live in an apartment like setting, it is your responsiblity to secure your packages or provide an alternate address to receive your packages.
- Order cancellations or changes will be charged 15% cancellation/restocking fee after the 24 hour period of order being placed. Items are made to order and we do not offer shelf space once we have already cut your order. If you have any issues, email info@hotmeshmom.com.
- Returns are not accepted due to items are made to order. If you have a problem with your order, email info@hotmeshmom.com.
- Damaged items will be replaced upon receipt of proof of damage. If the item cannot be replaced, the cost of the item will be refunded. Email info@hotmeshmom.com with your order # and pictures of the damaged pieces and packaging. Please keep packaging as proof and do not attempt to fix. These steps insure that we can file a claim with the carrier and refund or replace your order.
- For the use of coupons, gifts, or similar promotions - only one promotion will be applied per order. No stacking discounts.
- Coupons, gifts, or similar promotions will not be retroactively credited, added, or changed. No refunds if you did not use your coupon/code prior to checking out.
- Digital products are not refundable. Please refer to descriptions of each individual product for a brief overview of each item.
- Customs and import taxes are buyers responsibility. We not responsible for delays due to customs.
