Refund policy
I don't accept returns or exchanges for buyers remorse. Orders are custom cut for you. Cancellations will be approved within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please send an email to info@hotmeshmom.com with your order # and what the issue is.
If your items were damaged during shipping, take pictures of the damaged pieces and the packaging right away. Send an email with pictures to info@hotmeshmom.com and include your order #. We will review and let you know what we can do for replacement at that time.
