Actual sheet may be 11.75" x 19". We will get as close to 12" x 19" as possible. Allow for cutting width.
There may be imperfections in the wood so sanding is always an option when you receive the product. There may be left over marks on the edges from our cutter. We are allowing for the best pricing and you may have to wipe down the product when you receive it. We do recommend using a mask when sanding and working with MDF.
