Here you will find our white MDF blanks we use for sublimation designs. Perfect and no need to paint before since it's already white. 

We use 1.5 mil lamination https://amzn.to/4crMdup (affiliate) 
Heat press settings at 380*
1/4" MDF laminate for 15-20 secs 
1/8" MDF laminate for 10-15 secs 

Press your design 380* for 60 secs
