Blank Badge Mate - Made from 1/8" White MDF

This listing is for the white MDF blanks used to apply your own sublimation designs and create Badge Mates. (pictured) 

Badge Mate will come sanded on back side and you will need to do some clean up on white side. I use a microfiber cloth + Simple Green cleaner (use cleaner of choice). This removes any laser residue or soot from being cut on the laser.

Badge Mates need to be prepped for sublimation before pressing the design. This is the same material we use for our finished sublimated designs. 

We do not guarantee results of your heat press or sublimation transfers. We can give you our settings and suggestions on what we use and use your own discretion when working with the blanks. 

Our heat press settings are: 380*
Lamination for 10-15 secs for 1/8" material
Sublimation transfer for 60 secs.
