Item is cut out of 1/8" MDF. Each cap topper comes with 2 squares of 3M double sided foam tape.
You put the tassel on FIRST!

If you need a different size, please let me know in the order comments. My research shows that the caps can be 8" up to 9.5". So please be specific. If no size is requested, you will be sent the default for the 9.5" cap.
