This candle base kit comes with the supplies below:

1 - 8" candle base
16 - 8" cuts of ribbon
8 - 3/8" cuts of ribbon
5 - 1/2" Mesh for project- either small roll or pre cut section
6 - pre cut pieces of burlap
Tubing 
glitter balls
pipe cleaners
